After welcoming our daughter in 2024 and then shortly after being laid off, I found myself at a crossroads: either find another 9-to-5 job working for someone else or take a chance on myself and pursue something I’m truly passionate about. More importantly, I wanted to show my children that with a dream, hard work, and an honest work ethic, you can start with nothing and build something great. With the endless support of my family and my fiancée, I started Cedar Valley Turf and Snow Co.

I was tired of seeing lawns and commercial properties treated as afterthoughts—patchy grass, unreliable snow removal, and contractors who skipped the details that keep landscapes healthy and businesses running smoothly. Growing up working outdoors alongside my family taught me the value of pride, hard work, and doing a job right the first time.

That’s why I built this company: to provide dependable, high-quality turf care and winter services that homeowners and businesses can truly rely on. My goal is to combine honest workmanship with modern equipment and scientifically informed practices to deliver long-term results instead of quick fixes.
